Front End React Developer

The Role

We are looking to hire a Front End Developer who is passionate about delivering high quality products in a dynamic, collaborative environment using the latest tech stack. If you’re a developer who enjoys crafting thoughtful, high-performance solutions, we’d love to chat with you about the role.

You will form part of a strong, experienced and motivated development team with direct line of contact to the company owners/directors and the ability to shape the future direction of the product and the company. You will play a key role in the further development of our core product to facilitate our ambitious growth plans.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing our SaaS product utilising the modern web technologies
  • Helping to define and influence the future technical direction for the evolution of the product
  • Working within an agile environment to develop high quality software
  • Using initiative to resolve any development issues hindering the team output
  • Providing third-line technical support to help resolve customer issues

Your Experience and Skills

  • Knowledge of working with at least one JavaScript framework including React to create rich interactive content
  • Proven track record of developing commercial applications using modern web technologies
  • Ability to plan, schedule and monitor own work activities in order to meet time and quality targets
  • Desire to keep up to date with latest technologies and looking how they can be used effectively

Highly Desirable Experience

  • C# .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WebAPI
  • AngularJS, KnockoutJS or similar
  • Dev Ops Services and Tools
  • Xamarin, Xamarin Forms or other cross platform mobile development
  • Continuous Integration, Test Automation and other testing methodologies
  • Microsoft SQL Server, SQL and Entity Framework

Digital Marketing Specialist

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for supporting the strategic marketing activity, with a focus on developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC, Content and other techniques to drive traffic to the website. Working closing with the CMO you will play a key role in helping to drive our ambitious growth plans. You will have the opportunity to manage the full digital marketing mix, developing the current strategy and delivering tactically.

Whilst extensive product, market and process training will be provided to the successful applicant, experience and success in digital marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS is preferable.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies and enhance our current social media presence.
  • Develop new ways to drive traffic to the company website and landing pages.
  • Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies.
  • Develop engaging online content including, blogs, videos and reviews, monitor and analyse content success.
  • Develop and manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Support in the development and implementation of webinars.
  • Leverage analytics tools.
  • Present weekly updates and monthly performance reports.

Your Experience and Skills

  • Third – level qualification in Business related or marketing degree.
  • Minimum of two years’ working experience in a digital marketing department.
  • Experience of developing, managing and growing social media channels.
  • Strong experience and success in content creation.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (e.g. Skype for Business).
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Experienced in writing effective email communications.
  • Experience creating content and using Content Management Systems

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in using Marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot.
  • Experience within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience within the Internal Communications or Employee Engagement arena
  • Experience/awareness of mobile software (apps) and modern enterprise IT (e.g. Office 365)
